Here at La Habra Animal Hospital & Pet Motel, we are dedicated to providing the very best orthopedic care to our patients.
Not many veterinarians are willing or able to perform orthopedic surgeries because they are complex and difficult. Because of this, we are happy to be able to provide orthopedic veterinary services to our patients. We also are happy to assist other veterinarians by performing surgeries for all pets in La Habra and our surrounding communities.
Our veterinarians are here to treat the bones, joints, and spines of our patients. Our goal is to help them become more mobile again. To achieve our goal, we are able to do many common orthopedic surgeries including cruciate repairs, complex bone fracture repairs, and arthroscopic procedures. Our veterinarians are constantly learning new skills so they can give your pets the highest quality of veterinary care. We are always working hard to decrease your pet’s recovery time. We want them to be able to move around as soon as possible.
Orthopedic surgery is more complicated than your typical surgeries like spays and neuters. We take great care during surgery and afterward, too!
Our staff wants to make sure you know and understand what you and your pets will be going through. We will explain all about the surgery and the aftercare you will be required to complete. We will also be sure to talk about the recovery and what we are expecting from your pets.
While your pets are staying with us, we will do everything we can to take care of them. We monitor every pet in our hospital closely during anesthesia and surgery. We take great care when your pets are waking up from anesthesia. We will do everything we can so their surgery is a huge success. Part of that is watching your pets as they heal. We require follow-up appointments so we can monitor their progress.
Because we all love animals, we know how stressful it can be when your pets have surgery. This is why we spend so much time explaining the surgery and aftercare to you. We want you to know the surgery, the risks, and what we are expecting as your pets heal. We will answer any questions you have before, during, or after surgery. We are only a phone call away if you have any questions once you and your pets are home.
Feel free to contact us today at (562) 697-3885 if you have any questions about surgery or would like to schedule an appointment
